1. Shipping Policy & Order Processing<\/h2>\r\n

All orders are processed within 2 business days<\/strong>. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Moroccan national holidays.<\/p>\r\n

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates<\/h2>\r\n

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery delays are as follows:<\/p>\r\n

  • Express Domestic:<\/strong> 1-2 business days<\/li>\r\n

  • Express International:<\/strong> 3-7 business days<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

    3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes<\/h2>\r\n

    DAVA<\/strong> is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the imported goods comply with their local laws and regulations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    4. Damages During Shipping<\/h2>\r\n

    If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and notify us at contact@davaoglobal.com<\/strong> so we can assist you with the documentation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    5. Comprehensive Return Policy<\/h2>\r\n

    You have 5 calendar days<\/strong> to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:<\/p>\r\n

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.<\/li>\r\n
    • In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.<\/li>\r\n
    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\r\n
